Relay season is here again.  Aggie Relay For Life is gearing up for its 7th Annual Main Event which will take place on April 20-21, 2012 from 7pm to 7am on Pemberthy Intramural Fields.  The goal of Aggie Relay this year is to raise $125,000 for cancer research and programs that help cancer patients here in the Brazos Valley.  Funding provided by Aggie Relay also helps to pay for research grants that employ three professors here at Texas A&M. 

We are registering people for 5K For Relay at Koldus and Wehner this week! From 10am - 3pm, be sure to stop by our booth, and pick up your amazing 5K shirt! Help us raise money for the American Cancer Society and BTHO Cancer!

5K For Relay is Aggie Relay For Life's annual Fall fundraiser for Relay For Life and the American Cancer Society. This year's event will start in Lot 50 (behind Zachry and next to the new Engineering Technology building) and go around the Texas A&M golf course. Registration starts at 8am and the race will start at 9am. You can run OR walk the 5K! Dogs are welcome!

The cost per person is $10. Group sign ups (8 or more people) are only $8 per person. With signing up for the race, you get a T-SHIRT and FREE yogurt after the race from Red Mango!

Rec Sports and Aggie Relay For Life are teaming up to host the first ever Zumbathon which will take place on Thursday October 6th, 2011 from 6-8pm at the REC. The Zumba instructors from the REC will be leading the two hour long Zumba session in an effort to "shake it for a cure". The goal of the night is to fundraise up to $2500 or more that will be donated to the American Cancer Society in the fight against Breast Cancer.

Come on out that night and donate to Aggie Relay to BTHO Cancer!!!

If you are interested in becoming a general member of Aggie Relay Fore Life, fill out the Aggie Relay For Life General Member Application Fall 2011 below and print off four copies and turn them in to the Aggie Relay For Life Drop Box in the Koldus Building by 5pm on Sept. 23rd.  Be sure to attach a resume!
